- Plans drawn for Council within 14 days

4. SUBMISSION TO COUNCIL |
- On Completion of plans and balance of the deposit paid, plans will be
submitted to council.

5. COLOURS AND CONTRACTS |
- Signing of Contracts
- Colour Selections Finalised
- Commencement of building, 26 week construction time
